These projects have consisted in collaborations, workshops, performances and documents. All of them aim to share the knowledge I've gained, opportunities I've received while exploring my fields of interest.

Self-care & Creativity workshop - Amman, Jordan

Gave a full day workshop on the topic "Self -care & Creativity" for the staff of International Medical Corps who works in syrian refugee camps around the city of Irbid in the north of the country. 

My focus was on creative processes (& specifically the flow state) and their role in the design of self-care strategies.

Art knows no borders

Co-organized this cooperative arts festival focused on bringing diverse artists together to promote peace through environmental awareness.

Art Knows No Borders is a two day interdisciplinary arts/educational festival consisting of: *Live performances by professional musicians*Interactive dance events*Green/environmental art*Talks with environmental leaders *Visual arts workshops.
Focusing on cultural diplomacy, environmental sustainability, and peacebuilding, Art Knows No Borders aims to bring artists of multiple fields together in order to engage and support communities in the lower Negev.

PUNCH! art empowered

aims to create events and actions that inspire, encourage, empower others to find their and enjoy their curiosity, through their personal practice of art so that we can improve selfreflection and mutual understanding. We work with artists from all walks, to explore concepts like Cultural Diplomacy and Globalcitizenship enhancing interdiciplinary cooperation.

TEDxJenaParadies performance
​      "Internal Reflections for Global Actions".


How can we be global actors if we are not aware of our own acts? Do we know what determines our actions? Some questions have answers and some need more time and deeper reflection to figure out. 

"Internal reflections for global actions" is an invitation to join Chilean artist May Garcés as she explores, via live action painting performance,  thoughts about becoming citizens of the world.

Esencia Mapuche : ​Artistic Iniciative to explore the Mapuche Identity 

 

Using a crowdfunding platform artists fund this project that consist in going to live in a mapuche community to then tell the unique stories they experience to challenge stereotypes in chilean media about the indigenous group.

Education Now: Understanding tensions in Global Education -China 2010

Through online conversations we explored the situation on education in 5 countries (India, China, Germany, USA & Chile) and then through an Interactive Session at Symposium China 2010 of the Melton Foundation. There we discussed the tensions and challenges, education faces in this century as stated in UNESCO documents.

Back in Chile we shared with the chilean community at De La Frontera University a sum up of these sessions and we discussed the same issues having now the help from real comments and opinions from students from each of those countries which were gathered in the sessions in China, to exemplify and have a broader understanding of this challenges.

TEDx MFZU: "The road to a perfect song" China 2010
Presenting two original songs. One of them, "Positive Changes", is about reflections as a Melton Fellow.
Sharing ideas about how we can make a parallel between our voice and our identity and reflecting how music influences our moods and thoughts.
